Refund Policy/Refund Guarantee

In any case, if the original design concept is approved or requires modification, the payment for the project will not be refunded after delivery, unless OakDigitalDesign has cancelled or terminated the client project for specific reasons, except for client’s policy breach or failure to perform.


All refund requests will be fulfilled in accordance with the following agreement:


OakDigitalDesign will be/not be eligible to provide any refund, if:


  • The refund request must be justified by all means and must be modified based on the design brief and customer feedback.

  • If the concept is not created based on the order, there will be no refund, but further modifications will be made until fully satisfied.

  • All refund requests should be communicated to the project manager or support department who are in contact with the customer throughout.

  • Due to violation of your user agreement, OakDigitalDesign reserves the right to approve/reject your request on a case-by-case basis.

  • All design work requires customer feedback before completing the design, so it is fair for customers to intervene and provide feedback to get the results they want.

  • Once the website development is completed or the website goes live, no refunds will be given for the website, and mobile applications projects.

  • No refund will be given for the video animation project after the storyboard design is completed.

  • If you request a refund before the delivery of the first design concept, you are entitled to a full refund (minus 10% of service and handling fees).

  • If you request a refund within 48 hours after the delivery of the first design, you are entitled to a 66% refund (minus 10% service and handling fees).

  • If you request a refund within 48-120 hours after the first design is delivered, you are entitled to a 33% refund (minus 10% service and handling fees).

  • When the company policy or policy is not violated.

  • When the creative brief (design brief) lacks the required information.

  • When the project needs to be delivered urgently.

  • If the complaint does not exceed the specified deadline for the reimbursement request.

  • When not contacting other companies or designers on the same project.

  • If the business is closed, the name or business is changed due to reasons related to our business.

  • Due to reasons unrelated to our business, refunds will not be approved by any means.

  • If a customer subscribes to a service package and is not satisfied with a specific service, the refund will only be applied to that specific service, and "not applicable" to the entire service package.

  • If the refund has been processed, the customer or company does not have the right to use any source of work design that has been shared with the customer.

  • If it is determined, the contract is violated and legal action will be taken.

  • The money-back guarantee is based on the fact that the order was placed in good faith.

  • If the customer assigns the design task to multiple design agencies with the intention of requesting a refund, we do not consider this to be in good faith. In this case, we reserve the right to refuse the refund request.

  • Refunds for special packages/offers will not be approved. If a modification is requested, the refund will not be approved.

  • Refunds will not be approved for "change of mind", "disagreement with partners" or other non-service related reasons.

  • There will be no refunds under any circumstances, If you do not take any action on the order within 30 days of placing the order. However, if you decide to reactivate your design task, you will be charged a certain fee based on the project.

  • Refund requests will no longer be processed after the delivery of the final documents.

  • If the customer does not respond for more than 20 days, the refund policy does not apply.

  • Customers can request to suspend their projects for a period of time at any time, but no refund will be given in this case will not compensate any client whose work has been outsourced to OakDigitalDesign by a third party.

  • After the payment is disputed, the customer will not refund any money.

  • Any of these conditions will result in the termination of the contract. If there is any deviation between the contract and the obligations signed with the customer, the customer can contact OakDigitalDesign at any time.

  • If our logo is very similar to another logo design that may already exist, Unique Design Concepts entitles you to a new drawing. Any similarity with the existing design is only a coincidence, and OakDigitalDesign assumes no responsibility or rights for such incidents.

  • The customer is responsible for protecting his work.

Note:After making a cancellation request, it may take up to 10-15 days for the refund. However, the client will not share/use any work provided to the client. In the case of a package purchase, only related services will be refunded. OakDigitalDesign also reserves the right to refuse, withhold or cancel the project or contract if it does not comply with the company's guidelines or under any circumstances. If a refund is received, the customer has no right to use our services on other platforms for any reason. These supplies are our exclusive property, and no one has the right to use our property without consent. The company is fully entitled to take necessary measures against the unauthorized use of the property.


How to apply for a refund?

To ensure that your refund application is approved, please make sure that you meet the following requirements:


  • To apply for a refund, explain your concerns, please use one of the following three methods to contact us: email, live chat or direct call to our support representative officer.

  • We will try to resolve your issue immediately according to our revised policy, or send you an email via a refund request approved by our refund department.

  • After the refund, your design rights will be acquired by OakDigitalDesign, and you will not be able to view the design version sent by the company.

We also declare the following:


“As the design rights will now be transferred to the company, you agree that you have no right to directly or indirectly use any response or any other content, work products or media, nor any ownership interest or the same. OakDigitalDesign will cooperate with national copyright agencies to share information about obtaining the copyright of refunded designs, which will limit the reuse of future designs as original designs.”

To make you satisfied, our designers/developers will not deviate from the information you provide in the order. The design was created after thorough research and understanding of the project and its requirements, ensuring that unique and high-quality works stand out.


Quality & Customer Satisfaction

We modify the ordered design until you are completely satisfied (depending on the packaging). Domain and hosting


Domain and hosting can be provided free of charge through website packages.


All email accounts provided by the website package can be configured in third-party email software such as Outlook. Each email account has at least 10MB of storage space. If you do not host your website with us, we will not provide any email accounts. There is no refund for the host, domain, or email server package.


Prohibition Policy

OakDigitalDesign respects the intellectual property rights of affiliates and will not provide any services to its customers on the following materials: is protected by copyright unless the customer is the copyright owner; discloses or publishes trade secrets unless the customer owns it; violates privacy , Legal or public rights, infringement of the property or intellectual property rights of others; is a threat, defamation, harassment, obscenity, insult, embarrassment or hatred to other people or organizations; is related to sexual or pornographic activities; causes or involves illegal cases or Situation; represents solicitation or advertising, chain letters or pyramid schemes


Delivery Policy

  • All construction order documents will be delivered to the customer on the date specified on the "Order Confirmation".

  • Customers can be notified by email that their design order has been delivered to OakDigitalDesign.

  • All revisions and refund policies are subject to the date and time of the design order shipped to the customer.

  • We usually send all our custom design orders via email within 5 to 7 days after receiving your order.

  • Our company also provides RUSH DELIVERY service, and customers can receive samples of our works within 24-48 hours (additional charge is required).

  • For further assistance, please contact our 24-hour customer service center.

  • Record Maintenance

  • Once we have the final documents available to you, we will keep a record of your final design.

  • If you need the final documents again in the future, we can send them to you upon request.

  • Depending on the package and service, this may take up to 48 hours (additional charge).

  • We provide 24-hour customer support to answer your questions and queries.

  • You can contact us at any time and we will do our best to reply immediately.

  • Communication Policy

    You agree that OakDigitalDesign is not responsible for any communication from any email address outside of our own domain, namely "@OakDigitalDesign" and/or any toll-free phone number, which is not mentioned on our website arrive. OakDigitalDesign is not responsible for any damage caused by such communications. We are only responsible for any communication via email addresses under our own domain name and/or via the toll-free phone numbers


    Access Information

    To access the OakDigitalDesign service, you may need to provide certain registration details or other information. By accepting these terms and conditions, you hereby acknowledge that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete. If OakDigitalDesign determines/deems that the information you provided is incorrect, current or complete, OakDigitalDesign has the right to deny you access to the service or its resources, and terminate or suspend your order/service at any time.
